Morfydd Owen - Mary
Possibly the last song ever composed by Morfydd Owen, from June 1918. This is the second of two songs with words by P J O'Reilly she wrote at this time. It's a pleasant and humorous setting of a poem in which the protagonist dithers over whether or not to propose to the eponymous 'Mary'.
Written for high voice and piano.
